Finally above freezing.  Beautiful day.  Felt good to get out again.  Brought back 15.41 pounds of grocery, so I got a bit of a workout after so much time off.  It would be wonderful to get back into the daily habit.  The city just opened a workout center with walking free to residents so I won't have any excuses.

Dashed to the store as the fog lifted while my husband was on a conference call before leaving the country.  It does improve spirits, until slipping across the street on return trip.  Luckily even with my weight loss I still have padding on my "bootie" so no damage except to my pride.  Then I went and repeated the performance on my way to my massage.  Glad he was able to gentle get all my kinks out and I'm feeling pretty good as the son is raising and there are no clouds covering it today.

I plan to do some inside walking to avoid the ice today.

Careful, careful. It can be dangerous out there. Glad you got in some exercise. Our air is finally clearing out so today was much nicer.

I love reading blogs about people falling. Glad you didn't get too hurt.

Thank you, I didn't even go into details about looking like a cartoon with my feet scrambling as I tried to get traction.

Could it be you love reading blogs about people falling because you are in AZ and don't have to worry about ice?

I loved your blog today on Britta, how cute!

Bingo! It's funny cuz it's not me. (Just kidding.) You should read my race report from the day before. You have to make fun of yourself I always say.

Sun was shining.

Gorgeous day like yesterday when I drove to VP and got to see S&S.  Today all I had to do was garden, but I couldn't get moving.  Perhaps it was hormones, pressure front or even fall depression that hit.

Docs had said before that I need to relax and exercise.  Except my excercising to lose weight before my son got married, I never felt coordinated enough and was always afraid of falling.  Which led to my previous walking before running attempts which stopped after bad weather and very minor falls.

Had to get moving to start feeling better.  Kept going for more than 2 hours (store, township, store, library, store, diner) trying to feel like myself again.  I got wore out and had to lay down when I got home.

I had gone through lunch after having skipped most of breakfast.  DUMB. Thought I was going to die, although no real pain, just some chest tenderness I felt .  Husband called to see how I was doing and reminded me to hydrate and eat.  It helped some.

Still needed a good night's sleep to feel myself again.

Hydration is good. Steve usually knows what he is talking about. Welcome back.

Started the day by reading Green shorts running The official trail running blog of Jonathan Allen The Bear 100  sent to my by ARW.

INSPIRING!  Needed to get back on my blog to post comment.

Which I posted for yesterday and today I am now planning on visiting and getting another 2+ miles in today.

Fantastic day visiting with folks and Pat for lunch and Steve and Debbie (just back from Italy) for dinner.

Just made the mileage I had hoped to get.

Lousy mood in morning which got better taking the 2 close grandkids to a church hayride and bonfire.

Didn't track any mileage.

Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy at University of Chicago by Dr Sandra Culbertson.  Also put in sling to prevent leakage which "would need eventually".  Not allowed to even go up/down stairs more than once a day until checkup.
